Carbon+Alt+Delete is a climate tech start-up at the crossroad of technology and sustainability. Our software supports sustainability consultants in reducing the carbon footprint of companies. We are looking for a business development representative (BDR) to strengthen our sales team.

About the job 

You will contribute to the international business development of our rapidly growing start-up. As core part of our sales team, you will:

  • Identify potential customers, with a focus on sustainability consultancies in Europe
  • Contact potential customers to set up business meetings
  • Support marketing by using e.g., LinkedIn, Lemlist, Mailchimp and Hubspot
  • Support the sales lead in finetuning and delivering the go-to-market strategy

You will work closely together with our co-founder Kenneth Van den Bergh, who oversees the go-to-market activities. Given our start-up nature, you will have a direct impact on the business and get the opportunity to grow together with Carbon+Alt+Delete.

About your profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong drive to have a positive impact
  • At least 3 years of working experience within marketing and business development
  • An independent working style and good communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Affiliation with software sales is a plus
